Biostok is excited to offer comprehensive shipping options through LTL Freight and FedEx Flat Rate Box. Starting in 2024, we are extending this service to new account holders who may not have access to LTL or third-party truck services, simplifying your logistics needs.

Enjoy the benefits of FedEx Flat Rate, which offers a cost-effective, flat-rate shipping solution for a minimum of one pallet nationwide (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

CUSTOM PULLING

We tailor plant product specifications to meet your unique needs. Communication is key, and we strive to fulfill your order as if you were picking the plants yourself.

 

CUSTOM PACKAGING

We offer diverse plant products with mixed case packaging. For 6" plants, we pack 12 per case (three groups of four). For 4" plants, cases contain 30 (three groups of ten). All plants in mixed cases must be the same species for quality.

 

CUSTOM DELIVERY

We partner with LTL companies for weekly deliveries. Whether you need full trailers, partial LTL, or local pickups, we’re here to help. Contact us for trucking arrangements or quotes. Contact us for assistance!

 

FedEx Freight

As one of the few nurseries in Apopka, Florida, we proudly offer a Foliage FedEx Freight program. This shipping option allows you to receive smaller quantities of material while remaining competitive with the cube rates of traditional foliage LTL carriers.

Return Policy

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us.  Photos of the damaged goods need to be included in the email to be considered for a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1807 Plymouth Sorrento Road, Apopka, FL, 32712.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fees

If there are any cancellations of an order or need for restocking, there will be a fee charged that is equal to 25% of the value of the order in question.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, an exchange can be arranged at the nursery location.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
